Hey GreenBudd, From what I've seen vendors have different sets for the FWD and AWD. So no, they wont fit. You will have to get a set specifically for AWD. They are around, if you need help just ask.

I may be wrong but I did a search on the H&R website and they do not make a kit for the AWD s60 only the FWD s60 sorry.

You will have to go with one of the options I have listed above.

Yeah, unfortunately I checked the H&R site as well.

The thing is that I bought these at 4am the other night after buying a few things for my RX7. It was late, I was really too tired to be shopping online for car parts but thats the only time i can convince myself to spend the money. I made sure they weren't for the R model and that the year was right and I just bought em. Oh well. The next morning I was like, oh shoot i bet they weren't meant for an AWD then I checked it out.

Does anyone know why they would be different, I have heard that the suspension on the AWD's is heavy duty so maybe they just won't fit.

I'm gonna contact the seller and see what we can do about a refund, otherwise anybody want some H&R's for your FWD S60????

But, thanks for those links man, I appreciate that. And thanks to everyone as well. I'll be around here time to time.

No problem.

At least with my AWD s70 I am running Nivomats in the rear. Which is self-leveling. I am pretty sure your in the same boat.

I would try to get a refund first like you said you were doing. If not I'm sure someone on here, Volvospeed, Swedespeed will be more then glad to buy them off of you.

Well, I asked the guy to cancel the order he didn't have a problem with it. He said they wouldn't cash it and I'm gonna get a refund from the post office tommarrow morning.
I had just bought another set of springs from these guys for my RX7 TII so I'm already a paying customer of theirs and they were great to deal with. I simply told them that i messed up and ordered the wrongparts and he was cool with it. If you guys need springs maybe look for a store on ebay called raceoptions, great customer service and good prices too. Do we have a goodguy/badguy forum here??

Anyways, I just ordered a set of Eibachs in the meantime, I made sure these are the ones for my AWD though.

So, i'm looking at about 1.2" drop both frotn and rear, am i gonna need to correct the camber after this, I'll get an alignment but what about any other mandatory parts? Like do I need a camber adjust link or pillow ball mounts for a drop this small??

Thanks so much for the help.

You should be happy with the Eibachs.

An alignment should be done, but if you plan on other suspension mods wait to do an alignment when everything is installed.

I received the Eibachs a while ago but they were part # 8249.140 instead of 8429.140, they gave me Toyota camry springs......[:'(]

I had to return these and wait for the right springs to arrive. They came in today though so I am happy.

I will have an alignment done afterwards but is there anything "special" to know when installing these? I have installed new springs and shocks into other cars before but I haven't even looked at the suspension on my S60.

Am I going to need any other parts or can i just remove the old springs and pop the new ones in, get it aligned and be done with it??

Thanks so much for your help with this matter, this is my daily driver and I can not afford to mess this up.
