Default Harmonic imbalance

Purchased a 2012 S60 T5 in April. Plagued with vibration and buzzing at low speeds (25-30 mph) with light throttle application. Problem is also noticeable when going up hills under light throttle. Dealer tried repositioning and tightening exhaust heat shield. Later dealer upgraded transmission control module and fuel pump software. Problem still persists. Factory rep called it "harmonic imbalance in the drivetrain", suggested I try driving the car in sport mode. Anyone else have this problem?

Tell the dealer that it's unacceptable, get a bit heated, might get you somewhere, if you are annoyed by it.

Feels like a transmission problem, like it's in the wrong gear and needs to downshift. On the subject of transmissions, does anyone know how to check the transmission oil level on a 2012 S60 T5? Can't seem to locate a trans dipstick.
