The other day I was doing some outside work next to my driveway a few minutes after driving. I hear a fan kick on assuming it was my engine cooling off but a few minutes later I got something out of my car and the a/c was blowing almost full blast without key in ignition. I turned on my car turned off the a/c and rolled the Windows down and it didn't happen again until today.....is this a problem or something Volvos do. I just got the car before wonder with a broken climate control and had it replaced but this is the first time I have had the air going on a regular basis .

Any ideas??

 

Don't worry about it, its a volvo feature to prevent condensation in the A/C system...
It also has the extra benefit of keeping the inside of your car cool for a few minutes..

Its perfectly normal..

 

Alright thank you, just wanted to make sure there wasn't some weird electrical problem going on or something
