Question How to remove the A Pillar trim to hide a dashcam wire?

I have a 2015.5 S60 and I want to run the power cable for a dashcam behind the A pillar trim. I saw references to removing a bolt that is behind the airbag badge. Is that all I need to remove and replace the trim? Anything that has the words "airbag" on it make me very cautious.

Don't need to take the trim off. Pull seal between the door frame and the door loose - wire fits easily in that gap.

I need to hide it where the wire will come from the dash cam and run along the edge of the windshield. By the time I get to the door, I'm running it toward the back to get to the OBDII port.

Yes, I have done that many times for a radar detector - tuck the wire under the edge of the headliner, at the top of the a pillar cover tuck it under the edge for the 2 inches the cover is wide, then down the side of the a pillar cover under the rubber weatherstripping around the door opening. Take the cap off the end of the dash - then down to the Obd port.

How does the cap come off at the end of the dash?
