Default S60 2006 Trim moulding installation

Dear Volvo People,

I have a Volvo S60 2006 that has lived in Florida, and has cracked and broken Trim Moulding along side of front, top of car and back windows. How do you apply the Trim Moulding that goes along the outside of car from windsheild over the top and then along the back of car?
Does it come pre-sticky or do I need to use a gasket window sealer of some type? It is #20and 21 in the picture attached.
Thanks
It's Very Hot in Florida

Default S60 body molding trim removal and replacement

Can you help me by telling me how to safely remove the trim that is already there? I don't want to mess up anything on the car.
Also if there are any installation instructions available that would be a help too. I see that there are small plastic body trim and dash removal tools available on the web, do these help?

It pulls off and clips on. You can you a trim tool, or your hands.
