Hu-650 Upgrade?

Default Hu-650 Upgrade?
Is it possible for me to upgrade my HU-650 with premium sound option to high performance option? Can an original Volvo dealer could do that? And is it also possible for me to install the BLIS system to my car? I have a '05 S60 2.0T. Thanx anyway...
