Default Leaking door seal? Common issue or just a one off

I searched through the forum and couldn’t see anything like this so hopefully this is just a one off.
I have a 2018 S60 and the driver side door let’s water past the first 2 door seals. Not past the third so I don’t get leaks inside the car. This leads to an issue that when it freezes I can’t get the door open and it feels like I’m going to pull the handle off the door.
the passenger side is fine and is dry inside.
Does this just need replacing or is there a reason why it’s happening? I’ve attached a photo so you can see what I mean.
I know there’s issues with some windscreens leaking but thankfully mine doesn’t.

Also if anyone knows the part number that would be amazing and I’ll see if I can source one before going to Volvo.

In my experience, this problem will be attributed to the sunroof drains, not the door seals.

Try cleaning out the drain lines by carefully pouring very hot water in. You want to observe water on the ground emanating from the drain tubes under the car.

Then close the sunroof glass, stick a running hose up there and see if the leak persists.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi thanks for your reply.

My car doesn’t have a sunroof so I wouldn’t think it was that.

I’ll have to wait until it’s dry then run some water over it and see where it’s going to.

You're welcome. To find the leak, you'll still wanba to run a hose on the car. Then sit inside with a flashlight and I bet you'll find it.

I don't know the part number, but you can find new door gussets online. IPD has window scrapers for sure.
