So i have narrowed down the leak in the sunroof to this seam in the seal shown in the picture. I have cleaned the area but it leaks right at that seam. Any idea what the best course of action is? I have already checked the drains and they are fine.

The sunroof really doesn't seal water at that seam, it seals wind and nearly all of the water. Check the drain channels in the sunroof as it is designed to move most of the water away from the seam.
