Default LED Headlight Bulbs 2015 V60

Not sure if anyone is as **** as me but I didn't like the fact that the running lights were LED and the headlights were halogen. I replaced my lows and highs with led kits and couldn't be happier. Clearance was a bit tight but they were easy to install and made a big difference. I wrote up a review on 2 seperate bulbs on amazon if anyone is interested. FYI they were both H11's.

These are my highs. They are 2 sided but the 2 and 3 sided ones really put out the same light. They are a bit deep for the low beams and didn't clear the light housing.

Here are my lows. They are snug in the housing and needed to be squeezed in but it was doable. I am really pleased with the outcome.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

The low beams on my car have a very abrupt cutoff which isn't a problem when there are street lights around but where there is no other source of light, you can't see very far ahead of you.
Have these helped that? If so, I'm in.

I know the halogen bubs had a limited range. I honestly dont feel like the range has improved however the light quality is much better. Instead of yellow it is bright white. Street signs and reflector (even far away) really stand out.

I had someone ask how these have worked out long term. The way the headlights are set up in the v60 there is limited space in the headlight housing. The LED's have a fan behind the bulb that you have to squeeze into an already cramped space. This initially led to my bulbs being incorrectly positioned and shining higher than they should have. Once adjusted they were fine. Also the fans work to cool not the bulb, but the associated electronics that make the LED work. In the enclosed space the fans cant be very efficient and I had one bulb fail after about 8 months - 1 year. I replaced it with another LED and havent had any issues since.

I cant recall if I initially mentioned this but I did have one set of bulbs generate an error message when used. I contacted the seller and they sent me a plug in module that I believe overrode the error message and havent had any issues.

Sorry for opening up an oldish thread, but I have a 2016 V60 and the shop I took it to didn't have anything that would work inside the housing. First question: which model years have the same housing as the 2016? Secondly, has anyone come up with a good LED solution for this car?
