I have a 2001 XC70 need to re-mount the front protecting plate. The original mount was a foam pad with a metal (round) puck in it, one on each side of the plate. Double sticked taped to the plate and the plastic part covering the bumper. A new mounting kit has screws and inserts. Has the mounting been changed or how do I get the foam kit mounting? If the mounting has been changed do the inserts fit into or above the holes in the plastic?
