Default Liqui Moly engine flush

Hi folks, I have a 2006 Volvo S60 2.5T, and I just turned 200,000 mi on it. I have always done regular oil changes but I've been noticing that I average about two or three quarts of oil consumption in between oil changes. I'm looking for something that might hopefully slow that down and was wondering if anybody has had any experience with this particular product. If it's anything like the other products they offer, I'm sure it will be beneficial. Any and all input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Tune up/oil fix/magic eraser/or any other can of "magic shix" - will not be fixed with a can of magic fluid. IMHO - anything that thins out your oil - is not going to be good for your engine, (any engine flush or additives that are thinner viscosity than the oil you put in)

Yes, it will make you feel better by reducing the $ in your wallet - and you can hope that it will do something other than make your Visa card balance larger. But more than likely - not.

New oil control piston rings would probably solve most of your oil usage, but of course that will require many more $$$$. (and you would want to have a valve job done by a professional at the same time)
