Location of IBD II for 2001 S60

Location of IBD II for 2001 S60

Check engine light just came on is staying on. I cannot find the IBD II port to diagnose. Does this care have a port for computer diagnostics and if so where?

Should be under the dash on the left hand side over by where the hood release latch is. There might also be a plastic cover over the port. At least that's where it's at on my '05.
