I have an 02 Volvo S60, 2.4L Turbo with a weeping coolant leak running down the front side of the engine (looking from the front of the hood) to the oil filter housing and dripping off. I had the coolant system pressure tested (30 psi) and no leak found.

I've changed the water pump, thermostat housing, expansion tank and most of the hoses and clamps. I've had the car parked in the driveway on a very slight incline for the past couple of days and still coolant is weeping down from somewhere on to the oil housing to the ground. BTW - I lose about 4 to 8 OZs of fluid from the coolant expansion tank per day .

Any ideas why?

Double check the upper radiator hose clamp at the motor.
