Hi All,

First time here, joined because I'm looking at a 2005 S60R 6spd M/T and wanted to get all your opinions.

The good stuff:
140k Miles on clean title
New timing belt, MAF sensor, and battery
Paint is original and in extremely good condition considering the age
Brakes and tires are in good condition
No after-market parts except the K&N washable air filter (in stock air box)
He knows the original owner, who he bought it from and claims that is has been garaged it's whole life.
He's selling because he bought a new car.
I offered $6300 on his asking price of $6900 and he accepted, but it's not finalized yet. Compared to market prices in the US for these cars, I'd consider this pretty fair - what do you think?
EDIT: He had the angle gear checked out by his mechanic about a year ago and it was found to be fine. He bought a replacement for it just in case which he's providing with the car in case it does fail.

Concerns: He believes the clutch is original, but claims that it is in good condition. I will determine that when I test drive it, but how long do these usually last? Have any of you ever seen a clutch last that long in general, let alone one that sends that much power to the wheels? I'm worried that it will be the first thing to go soon after I buy it.

Any common issues with these that I should be aware of? I didn't see any recalls.

I'm trying to move away from RWD Coupes and into something AWD and more reliable, while retaining the "sport" factor. I'm coming from a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0t, so I see this as an upgrade in both respects.
