Low beam out one side good bulb/good fuse

Low beam out one side good bulb/good fuse
'04 s60
Low beams apparently are on one fuse. Has individual push-on connectors on passenger bulb. Did not realize lights were on when I pulled connectors off and they touched. Slight spark. Did not trip fuse. Now a known good bulb does not illuminate. Fuse is fine. Drivers side bulb illuminates. Help?
