Default massive power steering leak HELP!

2001 s60 T5, 130K miles. I have a serious powersteering fluid leak. In a few minutes the fluid is all on the ground. It is coming from somewhere at the rack & pinion, but I cannot see where the hoses attach to the rack. The boot on the rack is also torn, exposing the rack shaft. How do I get to the source of the leak, and repair it? Is this a fitting leak, cracked hose, or worse? We call it the muscle car now.

Is there a schematic diagram showing the hose circuit somewhere?

The lines might be loose.
You should be able to see from the top where they attach.

I just found the same thing on my S80. The leak is coming from the larger of the 2 metal pipes at the fitting going into the PS Rack. My problem is getting to the fitting. Does anyone know if you can lower the back of the subframe to gain access? If so, does any thing have to be disconnected first?

It is kind of a pain to drop the subframe. You have to support the motor then take the triangle looking plates out and drop it some.
