Messages come up?
I just bought a 2007 S60 ,i really like it. i was looking for honda ,ford ect..i have always drove ford nissan dodge. i was not even looking for a Volvo.i was looking for a Audi used. We saw this Volvo Red Maple with 2 tone seats and we liked the look and did not know anything about Volvo.Well we tried it out and loved it.We tried honda 2010 Accord and it did not even come close!
My message came up today saying TIME FOR REGULAR MAINTAINACE.I know that is oil change ect...I am a retired Mechanic from the forces so I do a lot on cars. I read on the the Forum that you can set the message to not read again until 12,000klm with out taking it to a Volvo dealer,but I can not find it.Do you know how to do it?

ok are here we go,
Hold trip button, insert key into ignition, turn directly to position 2, in about 10 seconds, the "!" will start to blink in your instrument panel, IMMEDIATELY let go of the trip button first and turn that key to OFF within a few seconds.
If done correctly, the message is gone in position 2 or start.
