My problem with glass window

I replaced glass window for my S60 . the problem when I closed the window by automatic pressing the glass when move up and closed immediately back down 2 inch and stop.
pleas who can help me ?

Did you get it done at a dealer? Sounds like the window is trying to go beyond the stop point and lowers as a safety feature. The open and closed limits need to be entered into the door module by the dealer.
