I'm fine for a couple months - then the low coolant light appears - I have to fill the resevoir, but that is it, the radiator is full. No problems appear for another great while - then bang coolant on the garage floor and the warning message appears. Any ideas?

 

Check the bottom of the coolant bottle for cracks.

Which side of the car does it drip from?
