I have a 2007 Volvo s60. When I bought it the driver's side AC or heat did not work. It blows the air from outside temp. Anyone have this problem and know what the issue was and how much to fix it?

Also I had the air on last week and hit a pot hole. Immedietly cold water dripped on my foot and does now when I make sharp turns or randomly. It has no odor. What could this be?

Also does anyone ahve issues with random error messages that pop up but there is no real problem? like low coolant or low tire pressure?
