Default Need help with codes!! 04 s60r

Hey everyone I recently bought an s60r. I bought it after it broke with a bad water pump bearing which caused the timing belt to derail and some valves hit the Pistons. So I took it home and put a used head on it. I replaced all gaskets of course. New water pump, idler, tensioner and belt. Also serpentine belt.

Anyway I am getting two codes ever since I first started it up. P0017 crankshaft position camshaft position correlation bank 1 sensor b and P0299 turbocharger/supercharger underboost.

I've put 500 miles on it so far and it runs fine with no problems. I've read that I could be off a tooth which could trigger the code? I have never worked on a Volvo until now. I dont have VIDA because I have a Mac. Everything I found to put this thing together is from reading forums. I read that when installing the timing belt when the cams are locked, turn the cam gears all the way clockwise and I'll be safe. When I put the crank on the correct position, I thought that it's possible I could make a mistake of being off a tooth because the crank gear posts aren't very exact or so it seemed. I remember when installing the belt I couldn't get it on the intake cam gear when it was completely locked out clockwise. I had to turn it slightly for the belt to come on. Could this be where I f'd up?

As for the other code, I have no idea and the first code is my priority. There is some iPd turbo control thingy in the airbox. I guess it controls the pressure at different RPMS because really all the power is after 4500 rpm. I've never driven an s60r so I wouldn't know if this is normal

Thanks in advance for some help!
