Headlight Washer Pump and Washer Tank

Headlight Washer Pump and Washer Tank
I have a 2006 S60 in Canada. Discovered slow drip under right front bumper. Feared it was coolant from radiator replaced in 2018. Volvo dealership tells me I have a cracked right headlight washer pump and cracked washer tank near the tank pump. The headlight washer pump has not worked for about 3 yrs (replaced under warranty at least once). Don't recall hitting anything on road but guessing for both pieces to be cracked more likely something hitting both than corrosion of both, as suggested by dealership. I asked about workaround to cut off use of headlight washers, as useless anyways.. e.g. plug the washer line to headlight pumps and try to caulk/epoxy washer tank, but told no plug to fit properly (as apparently can be done for rear window washer on other models). Told the cost, parts and labour $560 CDN plus tax. Way more than I can afford to spend! Any suggestions on workarounds that I am not thinking of, where I could ask a local mechanic to look into? Appreciate any feedback.
