Default Need to replace a door actuator on a 2002 Volvo S60

I have a 2002 Volvo s60 and need to replace the actuator on the passenger door. I have been doing as much reasearch as possible and it looks like I am going to have to remove the glass from the door (help?) and the door lock mechanism as well to install properly. There is a video on youtube but it is kinda short and the guy have already removed everything on the door. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.

Just go at it. dont be afraid of it. there is a screw under the handle/grip. it is a cover that pops off at the top and bottom of it.

Wondering if you tried this yet? Dr side back door in 2001 xc70 will sometimes lock, sometimes not using fob, and no doors will unlock using drivers button on armrest, but will with fob. If this is an actuator problem, I am wondering if it is in the drivers button, the rear door, or both...so, one at a time, I think I will test that back door actuator. Would welcome advice...
