paddle gears not slow 2017 s60 but increase rev
Recently purchased 2017 Volvo S60 T5
Down shifting with paddle gears only increases engine revs but not slow vehicle down
This does not occur with my other non Volvo vehicles and is very dangerous on long mountainous runs as only relying on brakes
Am I missing something
