I just got a 07 s60 and it will start you can give it cas and it will rev up but about 39 to 45 seconds in the engine just loses power and dies if you give it gas it just keeps dieing and wont do anything then it will start right back up again with no problems does anyone have any idea what this could be? Is there anything on the car that would just shut the gas off if it sends a code to the brain or module to shut it down ?

 

My first guess would be a fuel pressure/fuel delivery issue - pump, pump relay, pump pick up, fuel pressure sensor etc.
