To give a short lead-in here, got new tires/brake pads on front and alignment. Driving around, notice a groan sound at very low speeds that goes with the tire spinning, the sound pulses with the position of the tire. Thinking left wheel hub as it happens more when turning right. How hard is a wheel hub on these cars to replace?

 

There are some vids on Youtube that will help. The hardest part of the job is that you need to remove the drive shaft to get to the hub bolts, which means unbolting the control arm to swing out the hub to get the axle out of the way. You won't have to remove the axle shaft from the transmission this way.
