Possibly joining the club - hesitant about the color (vibrant copper metallic)
Hey folks,
First post, so be easy on me!
Been car shopping and S60s landed on my radar. I found a 2012 with 55k in immaculate condition for a great price. The sticking point is it's the vibrant copper metallic color. I've always been turned off by drab colors on cars, and found this one to be really eye-catching, especially with the beechwood/off black interior. My initial reaction was it was amazing and I have to have it(!), but am now wavering on whether it's too bold of a color for me. I know it's a personal thing and no one can make up my mind for me, so not even sure why I'm asking, but I guess I just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience and had any perspectives to offer.
Otherwise there is a more "conservative" black 2013 (51k) nearby, but the asking is $2,500 higher than the copper one.
Thanks!

I think the copper color is very striking (in a good way). I wouldn't hesitate because of the color, unless you want to blend in with everyone else. You will stick out in traffic. Not sure if that's something that matters to you.
Thanks. Yeah, I really do like it. Probably just overthinking it. Another sign pointing me in that direction is I drove the black one yesterday and there was clearly something wrong with it, so that's off the table.
Either color is great. However, as to the MY2012, you need to make sure it doesn't fall within the VINs that have problems with burning oil.
