Default Is Power Steering damaged by non-Pentosin CHF 11S fluid?

A well meaning mechanic performing a safety inspection on my new-to-me 2005 S60 found that the power steering was almost empty and filled it up with a generic clear power steering fluid that he uses in everything and a little Lucas Power Steering Stop-Leak.

Is this OK, or should I flush it out and replace it with Pentosin CHF 11S? If I should change it, how urgent is it?

Thanks.

Yes get it out of there!!! If you live anywhere near cold weather you will hear a god awful noise upon start up, it will sound like your PS pump is sucking air. Not sure about the seals and rubber but I would not take no chances.

How do I get it out and fill it up? I assume there is a proceedure to get the system primed?

Any favorite sources for Pentosin CHF 11S?

Perhaps I should note that he said that the stuff that was there was red. Also that he found no evidence of a leak anywhere.
