Price check on S60

Looking at a S60, 05 2.5T AWD, 25k miles certified used for 23500. I was thinking of offering 22K? What do you think?

I just bought an 03 2.4T no AWD, CPO, 36k miles, for $18,300. Didn't haggle much as my trade in was worthless and I had no down payment! Seems like an OK price if you can get it at 22k
