Problems with ETM throttle body - s60 2.4T

Default Problems with ETM throttle body - s60 2.4T

Checked codes: ECM903C, 903F, 904C, 904D, 9150, 9160, 91A7, THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR FAULTY SIGNAL.

CORRECTION: PERFORMED ETM TEST. 56.77 DEG. MAX DIFFERENCE. SPEC 15.0.
NEW ETM IS REQUIRED.

This is the diagnostic from the dealer, this part failed on my car last year in august/08 and i had it completely changed at Volvo and reprogramed!

It has been 1 year 2 weeks and it has failed again, any idea's to why its failing or what causes this problem? please advise!

They are still using the same junk parts that's why it failed again.
Sorry to be so blunt but that is the reason.

The 1999-2002 ETM has a 10 year 200,000 mile extended warranty.

The car is salvage title, therefore they say warranty doesn't apply

That's BS!!! My car has a rebuilt title. Granted my warranty was denied because the Volvo rep wanted me to put a new transmission in it. Despite the fact you can't even feel shift shock, etc. Whatever, I'm only having the car for a few more months anyway.

I digress. Sorry to hear that too. Seems to be a common theme here.

If you send him your ETM, you get your module back rebuilt and it does not require a re-flash.
