Default Radio dash lights off&on

SO I HAVE AN 06 S60, FOR ABOUT 6MONTHS NOW MY RADIO NIGHT LIGHTS WORK WHEN THEY WANT TO. MY CLIMATE CONTROL HAS NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. SOMETIMES IT WILL WORK FOR WEEKS THEN I GET IN AND THEY ARE OFF. WHEN I TAKE OFF FAST RANDOMLY THEY WILL TURN BACK ON. LIKE MAYBE A LOOSE CONNECTION OR A FUSE GOING BAD? HAS ANYONE EVER HAD THIS ISSUE AND IF SO ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

There may have been an aftermarket headunit installed beforehand and then the factory unit was reinstalled. I would pull the radio and check the wiring.

Well i did have a radio shop bluetooth my stock radio, so i can play music thru my iphone and talk thru the car. I took it back and they said it had nothing to do with what they did and most likely the radio light burned out. But being since it comes off and on im thinking there is a loose connection or a fuse. Ive never pulled out the radio and dont wanna **** it up and be stuck with no radio. But if i did pull it apart is it an easy job or complicated? And how to begin? I dont see any screw openings to open it up.

I'm not too familiar with the factory radio, my car came with an aftermarket Clarion unit installed. I do have the factory radio in the garage, I'd have to take a look to see how it comes out.

I found this Youtube link regarding removal of the factory radio. I was researching manual transmission swaps and stumbled upon it.
