We just got a 2004 S60 which we love! I'd like to do something with all the trim - it's really faded (it's started out as black). I found an old thread on this site which mentioned a product called Showroom New as a way to restore the color without having to replace all the trim. I've searched and it doesn't look like that product is available anymore. Can any of the Volvo bodywork veterans suggest an alternative?

 

This is what I used, it's a stain rather than a cleaner. Works really well, I used it on my 850's trim and even used it on mud flaps, the plastic trim under the windshield too.

I will have to see if I still have photos. Just apply with a sponge brush and let it dry, do not use in direct sunlight, it dries too fast.

 

I used a product called Back to Black. I think it's made by Mothers.
