I have power on both sides of fuse 26, that's the fuse that supplies power to the blower motor, and no power to the blower. I think the red wire runs straight to the fuse #26 with power, to the blower no power, must have a brake in wire?

 

Power goes from the fuse directly to pin 2 of the 4 pin connector. Ohm out that wire, you must have a break somewhere.
