AC/Heater Blower won't work when car is running
850 GLT: When I turn the key to the accessory position, the blower comes on and runs on high, regardless of the switch position; however, when I turn the car on, within 2-3 seconds, the blower quits. Is there a relay overloading somewhere?

A mechanice who was quick to point out he wasn't that familiar with Volvo's told me he thought it was the blower motor. But since the blower motor does run and does so smoothly, what you are saying about the resistor - is it a part of the blower motor or is it separate?
