Default S60, 2003, D5 error mesage and problem with driving after it

Hello! I am new to this forum, but hope somebody will be able to help me out.

I have a car from Italy (S60, 2003, D5).
problem:
sometimes when i drive with speed more than 100 km per hour error message appears: "motor systema assistenza urgent" (i tried to translate it to english and this is what i get: "motor system assistance urgent" or "motor arranges attendance urgent"), after that car max. speed is 100 km per hour and it dont have any acceleration - i can press accelerator pedal as deep as i want.. nothing happening... car driving, but without speed performance! I tested it several times and on different speeds... once i drive on 190 km per hour and there was not that message, but next day i pressed more accelerator pedal to drive much faster than maybe 80 km per hour with 4 manual speed and error returned.

can anybody know what it means?

btw. sorry for my english...

I THINK IT WILL BE "ENGINE SYSTEM SERVICE URGENT" IN ENGLISH,I HAD THIS ON MY S60 D5 AND IT WAS WASTEGATE CONTOL SOLENOID VALVE (LOCATED ON SIDE OF AIRBOX) 2 HOSES AND A WIRING PLUG,PART ABOUT £40 OUT DEALER AND EASY 2 FIT
DOWNSIDE IF U RUN IT 2 LONG IT CAN BLOW THE INTERCOOLER(AS I DID) AND £200 + VAT FOR PART AND A BIT OF A JOB TO CHANGE! HOPE THIS HELPS A BIT
