S60 AC issue
I have a 2001 S60 4cylinder. When I first start car AC works fine , after warm up and drive 15 minutes the AC clutch and fan will intermittent cut off then not come on at all. I checked power at clutch it is showing no power. Checked relay FM 11 AC clutch relay and it has voltage.t put gauges on it when AC is working and it looks good. and vents blow cold. Could someone please offer some help?

That common problem can be caused by a worn AC clutch - the gap becomes too large, when hot even larger and the electromagnetic clutch can't close the gap. The solution is to remove the outer clutch plate and remove shims under that to hopefully get the clearance to be within spec. (the compressor has to be loosened to be able to make enough room to get the outer clutch plate off)
What's your clutch gap?
Are your symptoms - Blows cold air for a while then stops being cold, and it seems to stay cold for a shorter time on hotter days. Then once the car cools ac is cold again and those symptoms repeat?
