S60 Air Cond Problems
A typical day with my air conditioner. Starts hard and cold for about 10 minutes.
Stops working and blows warm air
I flip it on and off a few times or turn on the defrauster and it sometimes comes back on cold for a few more minutes.....
Does the S60 have an internal thermometer that could be malfunctioning and telling the car it is too cold in the cabin and to turn off the AC??
Anyone have similar problems?
Thanks

Re-shim the Clutch. Volvo clutch spacing is set at .040 where most A/C clutches are spaced at .020. The clutch is only pressing on the inside of the clutch plate (closest to the shaft). After the clutch ages it has difficulty engaging, by reducing the spacing the clutch plate will grab the whole pressure plate.
