Default S60 AWD Rear Brakes

Question got a free brake inspection from Midas today they say I need new rotors and pads rear rotors can not be machined any longer they are machined to 440 on one side 425. Question is should I have them do it or the volvo dealer Midas quoted $606 for the job rotors and pads at $279.Is this a fair deal is does midas do quality work Any input welcome thanks

I wouldn't trust midas for anything others than oil changes, in my opinion for Volvos or any euro car i would go to a dealer. I've had very good experiences with volvo dealerships. It might be more expensive but, you cant buy "piece of mind".

Personally I would just save the money and do it my self. It really is not that hard and I am sure you can find a forum on here about replacing them, or just ask Tech or another moderator and they would be glad to walk ya through it.
