I have an MY17 S60 and just wondering if I'm missing something obvious with the climate controls. The pic below is what my centre console looks like:

Question: Is it possible to link/sync the left and right temps? In my old S40 07, normally if I changed the temp both left and right climate settings would change together, unless I specifically un-linked them. In the S60 they seem to be completely independent, which I find annoying if I'm the only one in the car. Can they be linked?

Also, I'm under the impression that the start/stop 'feature' cannot be permanently turned off, even though it now CAN be on the 2019's. Is that true? I want it off.
