Been offered a swap of my mg zr 1.8 got a 2001 s60 2.0t with 97000 mileage

seems like it has a lot of paperwork and not til Feb 2015.

what's it worth?

Already thought about uprated fmic, pipes and a remap. Should see about 340lbs of torque right?

Just want to know rough estimate on the s60's value, as I wouldn't want to trade my car for something of lower value, and if its a fair amount of higher value then I can meet the seller/swapper knowing he may have intentions to ask cash his way..

Looking at some s60's on coilovers with some different wheels, and looks like a different car with a few subtle mods, would be happy with one.

Also, anything to look out for on "older" volvos/s60s?

2001 and 2002 s60's are plagued with Transmission slipping issues. Personally I would avoid those two years at all costs.
