Is there also a message that says start prevention try again?

Do you have another key you can try?

You will have to check and see if the fuel pump is working. There is a schrader valve on the end of the fuel rail under a Blue cap. Press it in and see if fuel comes out.

Ok then sounds like the fuel pump is working. You really need to test for spark but on your car it will take 30 to 40 minutes to get into there just to test for spark.

You might want to try to borrow a scanner or something to read codes.

Scan tool gave no codes. Just checked fuel pressure, and recieved a 0, and no fuel is coming out of valve this morning, I'm guessing when I checked valve yesterday there was still fuel in the line?

That is very well possible.
You could have a bad fuel pump. To bad it wasn't cracked and leaking because Volvo just extended the warranty on it due to the nipple that the fuel line attaches to cracks and leaks.

Do you smell gas at all by the passenger side rear of the car?

I doubt they would do anything but it wouldn't hurt to contact them and ask.

Hello, I pulled the rear seat, ( no cacked nipple) The pump is not recieving any power. I checked the fuses (all good). I was told there isn"t A fuel pump relay, but there is A fuel pump control module? Do these usual go bad, where is it located? Thanks for your help! ( Is it poss. to test control mod ) Thanks!

Glad thats all it was and it is running good now.
If I am in that area I will look you up. Cannot do the cold one though sorry but I don't drink.

But atleast we could meet up. Once every couple of years I go to NJ to maybe we could do something to meet up next time I am up there.

About 3 years ago I bought a Van off e-bay from up there. My brother drove it down to me here in FLA.

Or if you ever come to Orlando let me know and we could still meet up.
