Default S60 starting issues

Hi All,
Ive been having issues with my s60 (2008 2.5t awd)
It started this winter, in extreme cold it would take me a long time to start, it will crank-sputter and keep cranking. Sometimes took up to 3 mins to start. one thing i need to specify is that this problem is intermittent. Usually this happens when the car sits overnight. It will hesitate sometimes if i let it sit for just a couple minutes.

Now with the warmer weather, it may crank excessively and or hesitate once while cranking, if i continue to crank it will start.

I have brought it in many times. The crank sensor has been replaced. Did not solve the issue. They have also monitored the fuel pressure when it sits overnight. The thing is, i dont think the garages feel like looking too hard for the problem since there is no fault code.

I have read posts from other s60 owners including getting an induction/fuel injector cleaning done. Even needing to replace injectors.

If anyone has had the same problem and has fixed it, some advice/insight would be great!

Usually moisture (humidity) on a component like the MAF which turns to ice overnight, and insolates the component. It can drive you crazy because by the time it gets to a warm shop and they start looking for the problem, it thaws out and starts. A light bulb under a closed hood generating a bit of heat generally will get it running again.
