S60 T5 Tire Rub
Regarding my 2001 S60 T5. Whenever I have the steering wheel cranked about 90% to the right or left, the front inside of the tire will rub inside the wheel well. So let's say I've turned the steering wheel to the left, the the right side tire will rub inside of the wheel well. And vice versa. I do have stock wheels (tethys) and the tires are the correct size. Any ideas?
Thanks

RE: S60 T5 Tire Rub
Yeah, they all rub if you have 235/45/17 and different tires than OEM
Tires of the same size but different brands have different tread widths.
You can add new/longer steering stops but your turning radius will be larger or you can buy and add 5mm spacers which usually work.
Still, look at the steering stops, they may be worn and/or out of adjustment
