2006 S60 tilt steering wheel when locked in place will move slightly up if bumped but will not move down. Wherever it is locked in it will not move down but will move up slightly. Is there an adjustment in the column? I pulled the cover and it looks like the lever does not tighten the mechanism fully, the lever also doesn't feel real tight when locking in place. Telescoping does not move and is locked tight.

I pulled airbag and tightened the big nut and it is still loose.

Suggestions?
