I have a 01 s60 non turbo. Recently the alternator went out and was replaced also battery was replaced.

Now it wont start I checked the battery it's fine and about 4 weeks old. If I get a jump it starts fine and runs until I shut it off then it won't start again. After I shut it off and try to restart it it makes a clicking sound lights on dashboard flicker and nothing. I checked the connection to the battery post they are good and snug can not be moved. I checked all the fuses all are okay I am stumped.

That sounds like the alternator isn't charging all that well or the battery itself is bad.
Any lights while driving?

 

Your battery is dead or you have abad ground connection. Try charging the battery with a charger over night and then see how long it goes before it won't start again.
