s60r?
Mine's been great to me. Had it for 3 years and about 45K miles now (65k on the clock). The car was Modded at 35k miles and I've had no issues since. Prior to mods I had some Minor warranty repairs come up....
New Radiator
New Fuel Pump
Axle Ping
Reason I've had zero issues since tuning is because of the quality tuning from iPd. ViVA also has good support for the R's. Give Elevate a very wide birth and you shouldn't have much to worry about after any reliability due to mods.
I'd highly recommend an extended warranty. If anything does go wrong, it can get very expensive to fix in a hurry.

Now after the realiablity question.
Do they have to get tuned if you change the downpipe and exhaust.
With my sti, it seems like if you change lug nuts you have get tuned for it.
How about pro tunes are they available for these cars? Maybe I'll ask my tuner if knows how to pro tune volvos.
Anyone knows what's the max wheel hp the engine can handle?
