Sensus Navigation problem- 2014 S60
I purchased 2014 S60 (LOVE it!) in November 2016 with 16,000 miles and Volvo Pre-owned certified. The Sensus Connect screen is completely frozen with"GPS Updating" message that I cannot resolve and I can't access any of the Sensus functions. I have been to the dealer multiple times with this (no one knows what to do) and Volvo Customer Service refers me to the dealer. Does anyone have experience or information that might help?
