While driving I heard a clunk so went to investigate around the tires and in engine bay. I found this behind the passenger side headlight with one end of the wires on one side of the belt and the other on the opposite side of the belt. Any idea what they are for? I tried looking it up but couldn't find much. The car drives normal and I am not getting any warning indicators on the dash.

 

These were the wires that powered my front passenger side headlight windshield wiper blade. I just rewired the three of them and it works again.
