Which Spark Plugs To Buy?

2006 S60 2.5T w/ 60000 miles. OEM are 42 bucks per set. Bosch Platinum 3 bucks a piece. Seems like a no brainer. The car runs great. Do I really need to change them now?

I replaced mine at 50k. I just wanted to take a look at them. They did have some wear on them. I would replace at 60k. I used OEM. They take some time to change and I did not want to have to do the job twice.

use only ngk and you will have no problems

One vote for OEM and one for NGK. Which type of NGK? Iridium? Platinum?

I say OEM.
My S60R had misfires with NGK plugs.

Ome and always check and regap if needed before you install them no matter what brand you use.

I just replaced mine with the NGK Platinum with no problems. For more than 10x less and only 30 minutes of time, I'll take a chance on an occasional misfire.
