Default Starting issues

Hello all, I have a 2006 S60 with just under 150K miles. I'm having intermittent issues with the starter where it will crank the car over, but stop mid-crank with a clunking sound. Is my starter on its way out? Thanks.

sounds like a starter issue or possibly a chipped tooth on the flywheel. did you check system voltage to rule out a battery issue?

The battery was replaced a few months ago so I don't think it's a battery issue.

The antenna ring, crank sensor, and battery have been replaced. Starter voltage is good. I'm thinking a fuel delivery issue at this point?

The starter will always engage so I don't think it's the wire.
